Karen and Janice started Mai Oui! Gourmet
with a common belief that, "Catering should
be a fun experience for our clients.  We aim
for quality, perfection and presentation in all
of our catering events!"

Karen:
Karen grew up in the restaurant business: both
her parents and grand-parents were restaurateurs. With this background, she naturally developed a passion for cooking and entertaining.  "I started out cooking and planning special occasions for family and friends and it was them who encouraged me to turn my passion into a business." It is this passion for entertaining that Karen brings to each of Mai Oui! Gourmet's catering engagement such as Wedding Catering and Corporate Event Catering.

Janice:
Janice grew up in the wonderful culinary world of New Orleans and she has a love for Cajun dishes.  Janice brings her New Orleans flair to Mai Oui! Gourmet. "Some of my fondest memories are of the times I spent in New Orleans preparing Cajun and seafood dishes with my family and friends.  I enjoyed the total experience:  The laughter, the conversation and, of course, the food!" Janice strives to deliver this same relaxed and happy  feeling to each of Mai Oui! Gourmet's catering engagements.
