Born in Nurnberg Germany, Kevin’s passion for food started at an early age cooking German cuisines with his mother and grandmother.  Kevin has worked in the culinary field throughout Jacksonville, Orange Park and St. Augustine for the past 24 years; during this time he has honed his skills to many fine dining establishments.  When it comes to food, Kevin’s passion has always revolved around seasonal ingredients and his appreciation for simplicity.  Gifted with a true sense of hospitality and a big heart Kevin is happy to bring his passion and experience to Mai Oui!
